Lower Gate – Remote Programming Update

Lower Gates – Remote Programming Update. Nov 10, 11

November 10, 2011

Dear Residents of Sonoma Pines,

We’re almost done!  Programming of remotes to operate the new lower gates has been going very smoothly, and is almost complete.  I’d like to thank to the following volunteers, who made their time available to help:

Gerry Tonn                              Nick Schritt                              Diane Murray
Ed Murray                               Doug Armet                             Jim Kay
Mike Delaney                          Susan Krepstskie                      Rick Seitz

Today (12pm-4pm) is the last scheduled programming session!

Programming is taking place in the Rykon Construction Office, located at 2156 Alvarado Trail, where signs will direct you to the side entrance and remote programming area.

WHAT TO BRING:    All garage door (and Phase 3 gate) remote openers, designated for your address at Sonoma Pines.

After today, programming will take place outside at the gate; limited times during normal business hours will be scheduled, subject to availability of Rykon Construction staff.  An alternative schedule will be forthcoming for those who have been away or unable to attend during the dates and times provided.

Come today while programming is done in a nice warm office!

The installation of the gates is scheduled to begin today.  Over the next two weeks, there will be lots of activity as several contractors complete their respective portions of the project.  Residents will be notified when installation and set up is complete, and prior to the closure of the new gates.

Sincerely,

Kimberly Westgate
Assistant Project Manager,

Single Family Residents to Decrease Water Budget

Please decrease the water budget on your irrigation timer without delay by following this simple three step process:

1.  On the irrigation timer in your garage turn the main dial to ‘Special Functions’.

2.  Using the ‘minus’ button decrease the budget to 100%.

3.  Turn the dial back to run.

Also, as a note, it is very important this time of year to ensure that your irrigation system is not programmed to run the night or morning before the Tuesday mowing day. If you have added days to your irrigation program it is now imperative that you revert to our original spring programming.

Thank you for your assistance in these matters.
